THE CEDAR CREEK WALL

On September 13, 2023, Mark completed the final touches on the Cedar Creek wall. We invite the community of Sherwood to visit the mural located behind Cedar Creek Church: 21901 SW Sherwood Blvd. You can also see the mural from the Cedar Creek trail. May this mural be a blessing of light and a joy to all who visit.

Cedar Creek Church began the planning process for creating a mural along the Cedar Creek wall in late 2022 summer.

In October 2022, Mark Augustin and his family worked diligently to tape the design on the wall as to create a giant "paint-by-number."

On Saturday, October 22, Cedar Creek Church and others in the community gathered to kick-start the painting of the mural.

We decided to take a pause on painting during the winter and spring months. Then, early summer 2023, Mark had began the process of completing final touches.
